HIIT Workout of the day

3 rounds, 30 seconds per exercise, then 30 seconds rest. 

On exercises that say left then right, do one side for 30s then the other side for 30s, then take the 30s break. 

Prisoner Workout

1. Prisoner Squats

2. Hand Release Plyometric Pushups

3. Jumping Prisoner Lunges

4. Hollow Body Hold

5. Dips

6. Left then Right Pistol Squats

7. Neck/Back Bridges

8. Prisoner Duck Walk
